Card schemes now require the name you enter during our sign-up must match the name registered with your card issuer. This change primarily affects customers using the SHIFT4 payment gateway, though PayPal users are less impacted. If your name does not match the card issuer’s records, your payment may fail. For existing customers facing issues with recurring payments failing, please create a new account and enter your full name. These changes have been mandated by card issuers and beyond our control.

If you’ve purchased a monthly, 3 month, or 6 month membership and wish to cancel your recurring payments, you can do so at any time during your active membership. Simply go to your account page to cancel future payments or email us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that we do not offer auto-recurring payments on our 12 month membership plan; it is a single one-off payment that can be purchased again once it expires.

If you’ve paid, but you’re unable to access our reviews, don’t worry. Sometimes our systems perform random security checks, causing a payment to appear as “Pending” on our database.
